These are the cutest shirts ever and so much fun to make!!
I have made shirts for the girls in the past but have really just winged it and never felt like I could do it again.
So a while ago I found this great pattern online made by RAE but just got around to tackling how to use/make this shirt.
In the process I had an idea and wanted to change up the top a little.
I remembered this pin a while back off pinterest Trash to Couture
Overall it was simple to incorporate into my original pattern.
Now there are different variations of this top and many more to come, maybe even adult sizes!!
The first attempt was with stretchy knit fabric that I painted with some Martha Stewart paint Beach Glass
The heart stamping took some time X2 lol but was a fun forgiving fabric to use
The next idea was to make a sweatshirt for the girls to be warmer and I thought it would be fun to add cotton fabric in a bright fun color for the cowl collar for fun.
There are many more ideas to come as I have more time to create!!
