embroidery
Embroidery is a new fun hobby of mine.
It looks vintage, it reminds me of older ladies sitting around, talking and crafting together.
Doesn't that sound like something that would spark your interest, well it did mine.
I knew my mom had enjoyed embroidery so I thought I would ask her to help me get started. She donated a lot of her tools and pointer she learned from her mother. She helped me make my first project.
I also received help from my grandma Nana. She showed me how to do bubble dots and how to make flowers.
I have really enjoyed learning from others how to embroider.
I would also highly recommend this book, my mom bought it for me, and there are really cute templates in here. I also enjoy her basic instructions.
