turn a t-shirt into a scarf
I have had a pile in my sewing room of things that are ours or were given to us that I want to refashion. Going through the pile was quite overwhelming in realizing I have a lot of projects I want to do. I started simple thought with this one.
Turning a t-shirt into a scarf. This shirt was too small for me but I knew it would make a great scarf for the girls. I think a mens size shirt would be a good size scarf for an adult.
Here is what the shirt looked like after I cut off the scarf portion. I also cut off the hem off on the bottom of the t-shirt.
Here is my daughter shoring off her scarf- it was a hit a school she said!
